Construction is expected to start in 2021, the typical build time for a home at Teiko Place is 18 months.
At Signum we believe in building you a home that suits your needs. We will work with you to adapt the design whilst keeping your home consistent with the overall development.
Our payment terms are flexible but we normally ask for an initial 30% deposit (up to roof level), 30% after 6 months (when the roof is cast), a further 30% when finishes are being installed and then the final 10% on handover.
Payment can be made with a mortgage or cash.
Yes, the facilities management services will be provided to cover security, maintenance of communal areas and a workmen on call service.
